After a careful and accurate renovation, the country house has been restored to its original splendor with the addition of all modern comforts. The property is composed of two separate buildings. One can be rented in its entirety (Eremo – sleeps 6), and the other constitutes the main complex where the owners live and where an apartment (Abbazia – sleeps 4) is also available for rent by our guests.

Eremo

This rural home for rent is filled with antique furniture that is perfectly matched with the building's original ceilings and "terra cotta" floors. This accommodation can host up to 6 people and it is the ideal solution for families with children or groups of friends. Eremo features two spacious and bright bedrooms - 1 double and 1 quadruple - and the property is surrounded by a beautiful green park. Eremo is composed of 4 rooms and 2 toilettes (sleeps 6) and has the following amenities:

• A fully equipped kitchen.
• A large dining/living room with fireplace, large table and chairs, washing machine.
• Corridor connecting the two rooms (furnished with a desk).
• A double room with two bedside tables and a cupboard.
• A quadruple room with a king size bed, two single beds and a cupboard.
• A toilette with shower and a bathroom.
  

Abbazia

An apartment that can accommodate up to four people is available inside the villa where the owners live.

This portion of the building, which is dedicated to our guests, is composed of 2 double bedrooms, a toilette, a 200 square meter hall which can easily host up to 50 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a fireplace in perfect working condition.
